What if the destination sheet has different column names?
The extension automatically matches column names. If a column can't be matched, it skips it and shows a clear notification so you can fix it manually.
Are there any automation types it can't clone?
Currently it cannot clone Advanced Options, Messages with Links to specific fields, or Move/Copy Row actions. All other automation types are supported.

Why can't Smartsheet fix this via the API?
Smartsheet's public REST API cannot create or modify reports — column order in the report builder can only be set by clicking checkboxes in the UI. This extension automates those clicks.
Does it work with reports that already have columns?
Yes — it clears the existing column selection first, then re-applies in the captured order for a clean re-sort.
Is the capture and apply flow reliable?
The core Capture and Apply flow is verified against Smartsheet's live report builder. Edge cases, such as very large reports and lazy-loaded columns, are handled with clear fallback guidance.
