1. Who We Are

OmniFlow Digital ("we", "us", "our") publishes Chrome extensions for Smartsheet and GoHighLevel power users. Our extensions are available at tools.omniflowdigital.ai.

2. What Data Our Extensions Access

Our Smartsheet extensions (Column ID Wizard, Form X-Ray, Formula Forge, Automation Cloner, Report Exporter Pro, and Smartsheet Power Pack) access the following data solely to perform their stated functions:

• Your Smartsheet Personal Access Token (PAT) — stored locally in Chrome's chrome.storage.local on your device only. Never transmitted to OmniFlow Digital.
• Smartsheet sheet, column, form, automation, and report data — fetched directly from the Smartsheet API (api.smartsheet.com) using your PAT. This data is processed locally in your browser and never sent to OmniFlow Digital.
• Extension preferences and settings — stored locally in Chrome storage on your device.

Our GoHighLevel extension (GHL Field ID Wizard) accesses:

• Your GHL API key — stored locally in Chrome storage. Never transmitted to OmniFlow Digital.
• GHL location and custom field data — fetched directly from the GoHighLevel API (services.leadconnectorhq.com) using your API key. Processed locally in your browser.

3. What Data We Do NOT Collect

OmniFlow Digital does not collect, receive, store, or have access to:

• Your Smartsheet PAT or GHL API key
• Any Smartsheet sheet, row, column, or form data
• Any GoHighLevel contact, pipeline, or field data
• Your browsing history or activity
• Any personally identifiable information
• Usage analytics or telemetry from within the extensions

4. License Key Validation

Paid extensions validate your license key against our licensing server (ofd-license.workers.dev, a Cloudflare Worker). This validation request contains only the license key itself — no personal data, no Smartsheet data, and no API credentials are included. The server returns a valid/invalid response and nothing else.

5. Data Storage

All extension data (API tokens, preferences, settings) is stored exclusively in Chrome's local extension storage (chrome.storage.local) on your own device. This data is not synced to Chrome's cloud sync and is not accessible to OmniFlow Digital.

6. Third-Party APIs

Our extensions communicate directly with the following third-party APIs on your behalf:

• Smartsheet API (api.smartsheet.com) — governed by Smartsheet's Privacy Policy
• GoHighLevel API (services.leadconnectorhq.com) — governed by GoHighLevel's Privacy Policy

OmniFlow Digital is not responsible for the data practices of these third-party services.

7. Website Analytics

Our website (tools.omniflowdigital.ai) may use standard web analytics to understand aggregate traffic patterns. This is limited to page-level analytics and does not include any extension usage data.

8. Children's Privacy

Our extensions are intended for professional use and are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of our extensions after a policy update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

10. Terms of Use and Extension Risk Acknowledgment

Use of an OmniFlow Digital extension is also subject to the Terms of Use and Extension Risk Acknowledgment. Read this acknowledgment together with this policy before using an extension, and review both disclosures whenever product behavior changes.
