1. Product Scope
OmniFlow Digital provides browser-based tools designed to support specific Smartsheet and GoHighLevel workflows. Each extension has a defined purpose described in its product page and Chrome Web Store listing. The extensions are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or controlled by Smartsheet, GoHighLevel, Google Chrome, or any other third-party platform unless expressly stated.
2. Authorized Use and Account Responsibility
Before using an extension, you should confirm that you are authorized to access the relevant account, project, sheet, form, report, workflow, or other data. You remain responsible for the inputs you provide, the permissions you grant, the actions you instruct the extension to take, and the decisions you make after reviewing its output.
3. Operational Risk and Verification
Browser software, third-party interfaces, APIs, permissions, account configurations, and platform behavior can change. These changes can affect how an extension performs. Do not use an extension where an error could cause unacceptable loss or harm. Maintain backups, test important changes in an appropriate environment, and independently review the resulting data or workflow before relying on it.
4. Privacy and Data Handling

It should be read together with this acknowledgment and should remain accurate as the extension architecture, local browser storage, direct third-party API communications, license validation, analytics, payment processing, or product behavior changes.
5. Purchases, Licenses, and Third-Party Services
Paid products are purchased through Stripe Checkout. Plan, renewal, cancellation, and pricing information are presented at checkout. Third-party platforms, their availability, policies, APIs, permissions, and changes are outside OmniFlow Digital’s control.
